1. Agency Role & Supplier Policies
Amana Signature Travels acts strictly as a booking agent for third-party suppliers, including but not limited to global airlines, hotels, and regional consolidators. All bookings made through our agency are subject to the specific, underlying refund and cancellation policies of these third-party operators.
2. Deposits & Planning Fees

Custom Planning Fees: All professional curation and custom layout planning fees are 100% non-refundable.

Initial Deposits: To secure placement in our limited, small-group experiences, initial deposits are non-refundable once a booking is confirmed, except as outlined below.
3. Cancellations & Timeline

Cancellation by Traveler: All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing to amanasignaturetravels@gmail.com. Eligible refunds for recoverable supplier funds will be processed back to the original form of payment within 14 business days of approval.

Cancellation by Agency: In the rare event that a group journey is fully canceled by Amana Signature Travels, we will facilitate a full refund of all recoverable supplier funds to our registered travelers.
4. Dispute Resolution
We are committed to providing premium service with trust and integrity. Travelers agree to contact us directly via email or our official business communication channels to resolve any billing discrepancies or cancellation requests prior to initiating a formal dispute with their financial provider or payment processor.
